Responsibilities:- Develop trusting relationships with service users
- Conduct thorough assessments of family situations
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop effective support plans
- Relevant qualifications in social work or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary: up to £51,127 per annum
- Welcome bonus: £5,000
- Retention bonus: £1,000 every 2 years
