Family Support Specialist

Brook Street is currently seeking a dedicated Family Support Specialist to join their team. As an experienced professional, you will provide crucial support to families undergoing parenting assessments, promoting key life skills and ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals involved.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Family Support work and possess a full UK driving license with business insurance. A Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and DBS certification are highly desirable. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional care and guidance, often working non-traditional hours including weekends and bank holidays.
