Job Title: Asset Associate

Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager looking for a challenging role in a leading Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy? We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset Associate to join our team in Leicestershire.

About the Role

As an Asset Associate, you will be responsible for managing and growing a dynamic team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. You will work closely with the Directors of the business to drive the quality and delivery of their services, ensuring the ongoing commercial success and profitability of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, implementing excellent time management strategies.
  • Take the lead on cost management and commercial activities, supervising the work of cost management staff.
  • Act as the principal point of contact with clients and other consultants on the design team.
  • Identify areas for growth and develop key client accounts.
  • Work independently to deliver Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on all projects.
Requirements
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent) with excellent core QS/quantity surveying/cost management and project management skills.
  • Ability to run multiple projects independently, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Driving licence and own car, with willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required.
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or a degree in Cost Management or similar is desirable.
