Job Title: Asset Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Associate to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As an Asset Associate, you will play a key role in managing and growing a dynamic team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, implementing excellent time management strategies, and attending marketing and business development events to represent the company and seek additional work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take the management and Cost/Commercial lead on a range of construction projects for retained clients and supervise the work of all cost management staff.
  • Act as the principal point of contact with the client for the project and for the other consultants on the design team.
  • Take responsibility for a number of key client accounts and build relationships with them to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Identify areas in which the client account can be grown further.
  • Work independently and take responsibility for the successful delivery of the Quantity Surveying and Project Management services on all projects.
Requirements:
  • Excellent core QS/quantity surveying/cost management and project management skills.
  • Capable of running multiple projects independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Driving licence and own car.
  • Willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required.
