Senior Leadership Role in Childcare

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Residential Care Practitioner. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality care and support to children and young people.

You will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Care Practitioners and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care and support. Our teams work collaboratively to create a safe and supportive environment for children and young people.

About You:

We're looking for experienced childcare professionals with a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted registered residential care setting.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people in an Ofsted registered residential care setting.
  • A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
