We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
- Build and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Foster open communication with young people, parents, and carers to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for our young people.
- Relevant experience in residential care, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is essential, with Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred.
- Strong knowledge of childcare legislation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Full UK driving license required.
