  • Ensuring that our service users are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Supporting and guiding service users with day-to-day activities, enabling them to live a full and as independent life as possible.
  • Working positively and collaboratively with other colleagues within the team.

As a Bank Mental Health Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through various training programs, including the Care Certificate, behavior support, and first aid. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.60, free car parking, enhanced disclosure check, Blue Light Card, and access to discounted products and services.

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
