Mental Health Support Worker

CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for individuals with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness, and neurological conditions. We are currently seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with our residents to develop personalised support plans, promoting their independence and autonomy. With a strong focus on person-centred care, you will provide emotional support and guidance to help our residents overcome mental health challenges.
