Job Title: SEMH Teacher

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced SEMH specialist teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a curriculum that addresses the social, emotional, and mental health needs of our students. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
* Develop and implement lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and mental wellbeing
* Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support
* Collaborate with other professionals to develop strategies that enhance student outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified teaching professional with experience in SEMH provision
* Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
