Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of care by supporting daily living needs.
- Train and supervise junior staff members under senior supervision.
- Answer nurse calls, respond accordingly, and pass on messages promptly.
- Report resident well-being, liaise with GPs and support managers.
- Conduct regular checks as determined by senior staff.
- Deliver personal and psychological care to all residents professionally.
- Complete records to satisfactory standards.
