Nursing Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Nursing Support Worker at Gold Care Homes in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assisting nursing staff with daily tasks, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a positive and respectful team environment. Your duties will include cleaning allocated rooms, disposing of waste, and maintaining client confidentiality at all times. We also require you to familiarize yourself with COSHH statements and health and safety guidelines.
Competitive Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including ESAS – Salary Advance, Employee Assistance Programme, Perkbox, Employee of the Month, Long term service awards, Blue Light Card, Professional Development, and Refer a Friend. Experience in a similar role or industry is preferred but not essential.
