Unit Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Nurse Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing care, implementing person-centred care plans, and building relationships with local regulators and social services.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration. You will have experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks. You will be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. You will be dedicated, ambitious, and resilient, with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
