Unit Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Unit Nurse Manager to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing care that meets the needs of our residents. You will implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to their day-to-day lives.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and manage the delivery of nursing care that meets the needs of our residents.

- Plan rotas, recruit, train, and mentor staff.
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services.

Requirements- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
- Natural leadership skills and experience as a clinical mentor.
