About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Unit Nurse Manager (General). As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing care that meets the needs of our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference to the day-to-day lives of our residents.
  • Plan and manage rotas to ensure that our residents receive the highest standards of care.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care.
  • Build relationships with local regulators and social services to ensure that our care home is compliant with all relevant regulations.
