A rare opportunity has emerged to join Ashberry Recruitment as an Advanced Practitioner, supporting the development of children's services in Barnsley. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with social workers and practitioners to deliver best outcomes for children and young people.

We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking individual who can drive practice development and continuous professional growth within our organization. This role requires a recognised Social Work qualification, registration with Social Work England, and significant post-qualification experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training aligned to our practice model, ensuring that staff have the resources and tools to support their professional development. You will also work closely with our Quality Assurance Team to embed learning from audit into our training and development initiatives.

With a flexible approach to work and working hours, you will be able to contribute to a team or work independently to achieve results. A competitive salary of £43,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with an enhanced DBS certificate and referral bonus scheme.
