Job Description

This role is for a highly motivated Advocacy Support Professional to join our team at Advance. As a key worker, you will be working closely with women in the Criminal Justice System, helping them access support services and improve their lives.

You will be responsible for building relationships with women, identifying their needs, and developing individualised support plans. Your expertise in advocacy and communication will enable you to effectively engage with women, address their concerns, and provide practical assistance.

You will also collaborate with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and help women access necessary resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong advocacy and communication skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Good knowledge of the criminal justice system and support provisions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
