AAT Accounting Lecturer

Walsall College seeks a dedicated and passionate AAT Accounting Lecturer to contribute to our dynamic team.
As an AAT Accounting Lecturer, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students by delivering engaging and inspiring teaching sessions. Your expertise in AAT Accounting up to Level 4 is essential, and any experience in Payroll up to Level 3 would be highly advantageous.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Developing comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessment strategies aligned with AAT curriculum guidelines.
- Providing individualized academic and pastoral support to students, fostering their growth and success.
- Participating in the recruitment process, including student interviews, enrolment, and induction activities.
- Leveraging student assessments and initial evaluations to tailor teaching approaches and ensure personalized learning experiences.
Essential Qualifications:
- A recognized Teaching Qualification such as DTLLS, Cert. Ed/PGCE, or equivalent (or a commitment to pursuing one).
- An appropriate AAT Accounting qualification.
