At NOV Inc, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the receipt and storage of materials, ensuring accurate and timely inventory management. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be crucial in maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Verify material certifications against purchase orders and relevant standards to uphold quality assurance.
  • Conduct daily cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Stores Cell Leader.
  • Participate in regular stocktaking activities to support inventory management.
  • Assist in the picking and packing of materials, preparing them for onward shipment in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a General High School education (or equivalent qualification).
  • Previous experience as a Store Person will be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with working in a manufacturing stores environment is desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
