About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team at Venneir. As a key member of our dental lab team, you will be responsible for supporting the production and transition of our dental products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabrication of Dental Appliances: Create retainers, night guards, whitening trays, and partial dentures with precision, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Model Casting & Transitioning to Advanced Technology: Assist with traditional model casting (pouring and trimming stone models) while working on our transition to Phrozen 3D printers, laser cutters, and 3D desktop scanners for digital impressions.
  • Thermoforming & Appliance Finishing: Execute thermoforming processes, trimming, and final finishing of dental appliances to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
Requirements & Experience
  • Previous Experience in a Dental Lab Environment: You must have previous experience working in a dental lab environment, where you handled various tasks related to dental appliance fabrication and maintenance.
  • Attention to Detail and Organisation: A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with precise measurements and timelines.
