Full-time Dental Laboratory Technician Role

We are seeking a skilled Full-time Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team at Venneir. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with cutting-edge lab technology and contribute to the production and transition of our dental products.

Salary: £32,000 per annum (dependent on location)

About the Role

This full-time position involves supporting our dental lab team in the production and transition of dental appliances. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality retainers, night guards, whitening trays, and partial dentures using precision techniques.

You will also assist with model casting, transitioning from traditional methods to advanced technologies such as Phrozen 3D printers, laser cutters, and 3D desktop scanners for digital impressions. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the efficient completion of tasks and the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fabrication of Dental Appliances: Create custom dental appliances with precision and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Model Casting & Transitioning: Assist with traditional model casting while working on our transition to advanced technologies.
  • Thermoforming & Appliance Finishing: Execute thermoforming processes, trimming, and final finishing of dental appliances to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
Requirements & Experience:
  • Previous Experience in a Dental Lab Environment: You will need experience working in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment.
  • Attention to Detail and Organisation: Your ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards of quality is crucial.
