Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in the day-to-day management of F&B outlets, including restaurants, cafes, bars, and event spaces.
  • Lead and supervise the F&B team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure that all guests receive excellent service, consistently monitoring customer feedback and responding to complaints or issues effectively.
  • Assist in managing departmental budgets, controlling costs, and maximising profitability.
  • Oversee stock levels, inventory control, and ordering processes.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented and served to Bannatyne's quality standards.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, seasonal events, and menu changes.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the hospitality, leisure, or food and beverage industry.
  • L2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing a successful F&B operation.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
