Contract Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Sodexo Group. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our management teams, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to management teams, including raising POs, tracking orders, and reconciling accounts.
- Assist with vendor management, supplier relationships, and customer service.
- Support the preparation and production of site accounts and governance meetings.
- Reconcile orders, queries, and central charges for month-end reporting.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency of our operations.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and account management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills, including editing and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of standard account practices, including Sales and Purchase Ledger and Credit Control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
