The Role

We are seeking a skilled Data and Technology Implementation Specialist to join our API Services team. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside our Technical Solutions Specialist to help new clients get started with FullCircl products and services, with a focus on clients that have contracted to use our APIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up new customers with the required services and configurations
  • Assist the Technical Support Specialist team with support tickets when needed
  • Manage client onboarding process using dedicated software, and report on status of clients
  • Provide a proactive approach to helping clients through the onboarding process
Requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure
  • Hybrid/Flexible working model
  • 25 days annual leave, with the ability to purchase more days
