Data Quality Management Specialist

Proxima, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a talented Data Specialist to join our team in Cardiff. As a Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients optimize their procurement strategy and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize data expertise to drive business value and improve client outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective data solutions to meet client needs.
- Analyze complex client spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Create data visualization tools to bring client data to life and tell a compelling story.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal data projects and improve Proxima's data capability.
- Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues to ensure high-quality output.
- Build strong relationships with client engagement teams and the wider Proxima business.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, SQL, and PowerBI to transform large datasets.
- Ability to quickly understand complex client data and advise on project direction.
- Experience in driving data projects to fruition and managing multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to build relationships and credibility within the organization.
- Experience in explaining data to non-technical stakeholders and coaching colleagues.
