Assistant Category Manager, Baby Products

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category plans that capture customer requirements and drive sales, profit, and market share growth.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Define brand selection strategies and manage range reviews to ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize gross margin.
- Previous experience in category management, procurement, or buying.
- Strong customer focus and ability to identify customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage direct reports and inspire colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
