Strategic Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team at Virgin Atlantic. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and reports using Power BI, Azure Data Factory, and SQL.
- Work closely with senior analysts and stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Lead projects to improve decision-making and manual processes, leveraging commercial and operational expertise.
- Analyse and present complex data to inform business strategy and drive operational excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and commercial acumen.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Desirable: 2+ years analytical experience, experience in the logistics or airline industry, and proficiency in SQL, Python, or other coding languages.
