Job Title: ACCA Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading commercial company, is seeking a highly skilled ACCA Financial Analyst to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in forecasting, annual planning, and 5-year strategic planning for spending.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of spend, project, and expense forecasts, including preparation and review of analytical commentary for monthly reports.
  • Manage IT allocations for reporting, forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring a clear understanding and audit trail of IT support expenses.
  • Support capital spending and associated depreciation models, interacting with the Financial Accountant to understand the forecast's impact on financial results, and assisting with purchase orders and vendor queries.
  • Improve processes, manage month-end financial accruals and prepayments, and support monthly finance reporting to the Head Office with commentary on actual and full-year forecast movements.

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant (Qualified by Experience will be considered).
  • Strong analytical skills, good Excel skills, and excellent communication skills, as you will be working with key stakeholders.
