Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting with forecasting, annual planning, and the 5-year strategic plan for spending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with forecasting, annual planning, and the 5-year strategic plan for spending
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of spend, project, and expense forecasts
  • Prepare and review analytical commentary for monthly reports
  • Manage IT allocations for reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Support capital spending and associated depreciation models
  • Interact with the Financial Accountant to understand the forecast's impact on financial results
  • Assist with purchase orders and vendor queries
  • Improve processes, manage month-end financial accruals and prepayments
  • Support monthly finance reporting to the Head Office with commentary on actual and full-year forecast movements

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant (or Qualified by Experience)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
