As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial control and compliance with Group and Statutory reporting requirements.

Working closely with the Finance Director (UK Reporting and Planning), you will assist in managing the company's reporting, forecasting, and budgeting control processes to maintain clear oversight of progress against financial objectives.

You will also collaborate with the UK Tax Director and Corporate Tax Specialist to provide accounting expertise and support in managing the company's UK tax requirements, including forward tax planning, Group tax reporting, and tax compliance matters for HMRC.

About you:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience in audit or financial reporting.
  • Experience of statutory reporting requirements for complex entities and full up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and corporate governance requirements.
  • Interpretative and analytical skills to assimilate complex issues into reporting and accounting solutions.
  • Ability to work flexibly across multiple teams, prioritizing tasks effectively based on business, commercial, and legal requirements.
  • Strong commercial and operational awareness.
