About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Your World Healthcare. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our occupational health initiatives.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,750 - £41,130 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on occupational health matters across our organisation. Key duties include:

  • Developing and implementing effective occupational health policies and procedures
  • Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Providing specialist advice and guidance to colleagues on occupational health matters
  • Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing measures to prevent re-occurrence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in occupational health, with a recognised qualification such as CMIOSH or FIOSH
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
