Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and coaching and mentoring a team of Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and capability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience
  • Successful sales performance and achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
