We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team and lead our flagship account. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deputise for the Business Unit Director and provide strategic leadership to the account team
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of operations managers and coordinators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a facilities management or related industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
