Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Lead at Instant Impact, you will be a key member of our global commercial team. Your primary responsibility will be to execute our strategic vision, driving the success of our partnerships and meeting ambitious hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities- Leading the Team:

- Build a strong community by sharing best practices, innovative ideas, and successful outcomes.
- Managing Service Delivery:
- Lead with strategy, executing the Talent Acquisition strategy for each new requisition.
- Exceed expectations by meeting and going beyond all service level agreements and partnership objectives.
- Deliver quality results, personally managing key hires with significant tech and Centre of Excellence support.
- Partnership Management:
- Enhance the experience for key stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates, while expanding our influence within the client organization.
- Offer insightful expertise by collaborating with the Client Services Director to provide meaningful insights and talent market intelligence.
- Champion innovation by driving improvements in the client's Talent Acquisition function with forward-thinking ideas.
- International experience, working across multiple European geographies, ideally including Germany, France, and Spain.
- Mastery of recruitment and relationship-building, with an instinct for building genuine trust with clients and candidates.
- Commercial specialist expertise, with deep knowledge of sourcing top Commercial talent.
