About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Director for Laboratory Equipment Sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the South UK by building powerful relationships with clients, tapping into new business opportunities, and showcasing our industry-leading products.

As a Commercial Director, you will be the driving force behind our growth in the region, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth in the South UK region.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
  • IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO CAPTURE THEM.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth. You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 base plus up to 30% uncapped commission, car allowance, and healthcare benefits.
