About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at the Whiteleaf Centre in Aylesbury. As a specialist in adult mental health, you will be responsible for developing excellent clinical relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support patients with medication issues and provide guidance to prescribers and other healthcare professionals.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to discharge planning.
  • Ensure the correct application of national and local guidance for therapies involving medicines.
