Job Overview
Redstone Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sustainability Manager to join their team in London. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial sustainability strategy within the relevant metals industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial sustainability strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, communicating the company's sustainability vision and strategy.
- Collaborate with the commercial and sustainability teams to identify areas of commonality and develop solutions that drive business growth and sustainability.
- Lead projects to produce research and findings that inform the commercial team's decision-making and drive business outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the link between strategy development and commercial outcomes.
- Proven expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and its impact on the metals and mining industry.
- Experience working as a manager or mentor, with a track record of delivering results and driving business growth.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
