Sales Account Executive

Position Overview:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to become a vital part of our expanding team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of one year of experience in direct sales and demonstrate a successful history of achieving and surpassing sales objectives. This role entails visiting dining establishments, showcasing our comprehensive online ordering, website, and reservation solutions, and facilitating their integration into our system. Furthermore, the position includes providing post-sale assistance to ensure a seamless transition and ongoing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Execution: Actively engage with restaurants and food service providers to promote our all-in-one online ordering, website, and reservation solutions.
  • Product Demonstration: Skillfully illustrate how our offerings can optimize their operations, improve customer experiences, and boost revenue.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients by identifying their needs and delivering customized solutions.
  • Onboarding: Support new clients through the setup and launch process, ensuring they are confident in utilizing the system.
  • Post-Sale Support: Deliver outstanding after-sales service to resolve any inquiries or challenges, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in direct sales, ideally within the technology or hospitality sectors.

Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor with a talent for quickly establishing rapport.
  • Understanding that sales involves more than just a script; it requires insight into customer needs and adaptability in approach.
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology and capable of simplifying complex solutions for clients.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients on-site.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.

Salary + Commission
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 11 AM to 7 PM.
