Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with premium retailers and distributors across Europe.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, set performance goals, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Deliver a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and growth plans.
- Attend industry events across Europe to enhance brand visibility, network with potential partners, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Focus on brand and category performance by building strong internal relationships with the team and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop a commercial eye for product ranges, highlighting best sellers for partners while protecting the brand's integrity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role working with premium brands.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-Suite executives.
- Strong business acumen and a drive to achieve sales growth.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events.
Compensation Package:
- c.£40k
- Excellent bonus package for increasing revenue and improving margin.
- Hybrid working arrangement, including 1-2 days per week in the office.
