At Bid Services, we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Learning Development Specialist to contribute to our team.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, both internal and external, to support the induction process and ongoing development of staff and volunteers.
  • This role will involve effective management of e-learning systems, monitoring progress, certificates, and providing updates to line managers.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ideally experience with L&D/HR systems databases.

This is a permanent contract with flexible closing and interview dates. The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
