International Mobility Specialist

We are seeking an experienced International Mobility Specialist to join our team at Oury Clark. As an International Mobility Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting clients navigate the complexities of global employee mobility. This includes advising on tax, social security, share options, and other regulatory compliance obligations arising from having internationally mobile employees in the UK.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, providing expert guidance to clients on global employee mobility. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Your expertise will also be utilized in designing, implementing, and reviewing policies and processes for internationally mobile employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert guidance to clients on global employee mobility.
  • Advising on tax, social security, share options, and regulatory compliance obligations.
  • Designing, implementing, and reviewing policies and processes for internationally mobile employees.
  • Working with international professional firms to advise and support global businesses on global staff.

Requirements:
  • More than 5 years' experience advising in global mobility.
  • CTA ideally or significant on-job experience of 10 years plus and supporting qualifications such as ATT, ACA.
  • Ability to navigate complex international regulations.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
