Job Summary:

Clockwork Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in expanding our field-based team and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.
