Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pastoral Care Coordinator to join our Chaplaincy Team. The successful candidate will have previous Chaplaincy experience and be familiar with Healthcare.

The Role:

This is a Bank role, and no fixed pattern is given. However, we are looking for candidates who can commit to occasional days and evening on-call from home (5-10 pm). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CRISPER model of care and be able to work collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver spiritual care to patients, family and staff of all faith and none.
  • Work collaboratively with the Chaplaincy Team to provide a range of services.
  • Support the development of the Chaplaincy Team's service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous Chaplaincy experience.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare.
  • Good standing with a Faith/Belief group.
  • Lived within a comfortable distance of the NDDH site.
