About the RoleThe Resident Care Manager will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated care assistants, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of each resident, supporting their unique needs and preferences.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to giving individualized care and support
