The ideal candidate will possess excellent English speaking skills, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to working full-time hours. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in person, delivering exceptional customer service to drive revenue and sales for our clients.

You will collaborate effectively with fellow team members to create a positive and motivated work environment. Additionally, you will assist in on-boarding new sales representatives, aiding in their integration and helping them get started. You will also engage in skill sharing sessions within the office to develop better sales strategies and pitches.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Full-time availability (at least 5 full days a week, Mon-Sat)
  • Excellent English speaking skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • A commitment to working in a collaborative environment
