Recovery Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Advisor to join our team at Southdown, a leading provider of mental health services in East Sussex.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis, utilizing a psychology-informed approach.
  • Work collaboratively with the Staying Well Eastbourne service team to deliver innovative community mental health services.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, ensuring a client-centered and strengths-based approach.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills.
  • Genuine passion for supporting individuals to explore their needs and strengths.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
