We're seeking a dedicated Transformational Leader to join our team at Kizuna Recruitment and lead a Solo Placement EBD Home in Duston, Northamptonshire.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will oversee the care of one young person, focusing on their safety, growth, and well-being.
  • As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading a culture of empathy, excellence, and respect within the home.
  • Maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations is crucial to upholding our high standards of care.
  • You'll work closely with social workers, families, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive support network for each child.
  • In addition to your leadership skills, you'll have the opportunity to develop personalized care plans that focus on the unique needs and growth of each child.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in children's residential care.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of children, with the leadership and communication skills to inspire and support your team.
  • A full Manual UK Driving Licence.
