About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for overseeing critical projects and strategic launches. Your primary objective will be to drive improvements across various teams and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative solutions using data-driven insights to address organizational challenges.
  2. Take a holistic approach in analyzing business operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that benefit multiple teams and organizations.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
  4. Enhance operational performance across all programs in partnership with stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. You must hold a degree from a recognized institution.
  2. Proven experience in communicating effectively with and influencing various stakeholders, including senior management.
  3. Relevant experience in managing large-scale programs or projects.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. While not mandatory, advanced degrees or certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Prince2 are highly valued.
  2. Experience working in supply chain, logistics, or operations environments is desirable.
  3. Background in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements is advantageous.

Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
