We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at AVK. As a critical member of the Supply Chain and Commercial functions, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our operations.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing key supplier relationships, measuring and monitoring supplier performance, developing supply chain resilience, negotiating and managing supply contracts, reviewing and assisting in developing procurement programmes, and collating supplier information.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure effective collaboration and communication with suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  2. Analyze supplier performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
  3. Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the supply chain.
  4. Negotiate and manage supply contracts to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
  5. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on supply chain performance and trends.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated experience in supply chain management, with a focus on building strong relationships with suppliers.
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
