Job Overview

The Centre for Information Resilience is seeking a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join its Project Management Team. This specialist will be responsible for optimising the supply chain, improving efficiency and security, and ensuring compliance with organisational and donor standards.

The Supply Chain Optimization Specialist will conduct regular reviews of existing supply chain partners, assess their performance, and identify areas for improvement. They will also develop strategies for year two of the contract, strengthen relationships with supply chain partners, and provide regular reports on partner performance and security measures.

This role requires expertise in risk management, security protocols, and supply chain management best practices. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position is based in London, UK, and requires 5 days per week (8hrs workday) input. CIR encourages applicants from under-represented communities.
