Assistant Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pasta Evangelists.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, ensuring that all food and health and safety regulations are met. You will also be responsible for coaching, supporting, and motivating all employees to achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with the Team Leader to train new starters, track team absences, and manage customer complaints. You will also be responsible for implementing new changes and processes, and ensuring that all statutory and company health, safety, and food hygiene regulations are complied with.
In addition, you will help to create a customer-focused environment, maximizing sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Team Leader to communicate sales goals and strive to consistently exceed sales targets.
About YouWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused individual who has previously worked in a fast-paced kitchen or food retail environment. You should be able to work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and have a strong desire to deliver a strong customer experience.
You should be able to manage a team, prioritize tasks, and be proactive in solving issues. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
